There are so many things I didn’t know about generational differences over the last few decades, but this historical look is filled with statistics and clear examples. The book offers an explanation of what we’re facing in terms of how younger generations view the world.

I’m in awe of the book Samuel Adams: The RevolutionaryMany other readers are apparently also impressed. This vivid story brings this revolutionary figure to life in many ways. It is written with such attention to detail that you will want page after page.

A book about dinosaurs can be as dramatic as I thought. This lively book, which is filled with mystery and thriller twists, explains the history of dinosaur bones.
6. Follow me to hell: McNelly’s Texas Rangers, and the Rise of Frontier Justice
I didn’t know a lot about the Texas Rangers before I read this detailed account of their inception. Fascinating in how it paints a picture of how it all started, including the battles and raids — plus the luminaries who started it all — this is a stirring account.

You can solve many problems in your life by being more open, grateful, and accepting of others. Mark Batterson, a pastor, explains everything with humor and amazing anecdotes. The main message? The power of three words to start healthy conversations.
